Some local governments are considering measures against violence and harassment, and have begun to set up consultation offices and provide training, but it cannot be said that sufficient measures have yet been taken.<br>Scheduled research period\u201d February-July 2025.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u30fbAlong with support from the government and other organizations, medical and nursing care workers involved in home care need to acquire the practical skills to deal with violence and harassment at their respective workplaces to avoid becoming victims of such incidents. Although there are some training programs organized by professional associations and local community organizations to provide basic knowledge on measures against violence and harassment, there are few opportunities for interested individuals to learn about them.<br>To address this situation, we have created an \u201ce-learning on Violence and Harassment Prevention for Staff of Home-Visit Nursing Facilities\u201d (e-learning for Violence Prevention in Home-Visit Nursing).<br>(Development of an e-learning educational program for violence prevention in home health care nursing, Fundamental Research C 19K11264)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u30fbWe will ask employees who have agreed to cooperate in the research to watch the \u201cE-learning on Violence and Harassment Prevention for Home Nursing Office Employees\u201d and to answer an online questionnaire after watching the e-learning.
